Background and condition of vehicle:

  • Renowned to be as tough as nails it was no surprise that after only 24 300km of mileage our Isuzu not only still looked like new, but also drove as well as the day it left the assembly line at the factory.

Performance and Economy:

How does it drive?

  • Like expected from a double cab bakkie the ride was always going to be quite firm.
  • In its latest form you do notice the refinement compared to previous models and overall the ride proved comfortable.
  • Engine and wind noise have also been greatly reduced, although like with many of its rivals the large all-terrain tyres do remain audible when travelling at higher speeds.


Inside the vehicle:

  • The interior reveals further enhancements and overall refinement.
  • The interior is quite attractive and now comes with leather trim on the dash and door trim.
  • The centre-console also features a state-of-the-art infotainment system with all the features you need. 
  • The latest refinements certainly put it on par with most of its main rivals.
